How to deal with cravings and what you should do about it.
Have you ever wonder why you have some cravings for a particular food item. We found a helpful list of typical cravings and what your body is really telling you. You may do a simple web search for more information, search "if you crave this eat this", and you will find a variety of helpful articles. To make it easier, we have provided a list of the major cravings land tell you what your body is missing and let you know what you should eat. We hope this list provides insight into why you may be craving a certain food. This isn't a complete list of all cravings, but it covers most of the cravings you may experience.
