Use the PAUSE button as often as needed. Don't quit! Try and finish the workout. Even if it takes you much longer, you will feel good knowing you completed the workout. The trainers in these videos are really good at motivating you to push yourself and continue the workout.
Please Note: If you don't have hand weights at home you can use household items such as filling old cartons with water or bags of dry bean etc. However, you can still complete these workouts without weights you can use your own body weight.
